"Press 4 for sanitation, then hold."
Residents queue for the same answers
Holiday schedules, bulk-item rules and missed streets are the same questions every week, and each one waits for a person at the counter.
For cities and local government
Residents get an instant answer by phone or text. Every report becomes a request the office can see, assign and close. Routes for your own crews, or tickets to your contracted hauler.
The problem
"Press 4 for sanitation, then hold."
Holiday schedules, bulk-item rules and missed streets are the same questions every week, and each one waits for a person at the counter.
"Which street was that complaint about?"
A call at the counter becomes a note, then an email, then a question to the hauler. Nobody can see what is open or how long it has waited.
"Did the truck actually go down Elm?"
With a contracted hauler, a missed street is your problem and their data. Response time and repeat misses are hard to show.
What runs it

Find a resident by address, name, phone or email. Type, portal sign-up and every request on one page.

Missed pickups, cart repairs, bulk items, contact changes. Each one filed, assigned and closable, not a sticky note.

Calls, texts and email answered as the city. The transcript and the actions taken are in the Inbox.

If city crews collect, routes by day with stop-by-stop progress and live trucks from your GPS.

Holiday changes and closures the agent is using this week, on the Home page and in every answer.

Choose which callers transfer, during which hours, and to which line. Everyone else gets a filed request and a promise the office keeps.

No. The agent answers the sanitation line as the city, in the resident's language, and answers schedule and service questions on the spot. Anything it cannot settle becomes a request the office can see and close.
Yes. The hauler is set up as a service provider. Resident requests go to them as tickets, they update from their own portal or by email, and the Home page shows what is waiting on them and how fast they respond.
It can show balances read from your billing system, but cities usually keep billing in their own system. Nothing about payments has to be turned on.
Schedule notes under Special conditions are used by the agent on every call and text. The Home page shows which notes are active this week.
