For roll-off and dumpster rental

Dumpster rental software built around the job.

Drops, swaps, pulls and rental days on one board. Containers out, overdue rentals and pickup requests on the Home page. An AI agent that can take the order, when you want it to.

The roll-off Jobs board: delivery scheduled, on site and pickup requested columns, each job with container, site address and haul rate
The Jobs board. Every job moves from delivery scheduled to on site to pickup requested, with the container, the site and the rate on the card.

The problem

The first yard to answer wins.

"They called the next number on the list."

Quote calls hit voicemail

A contractor pricing a dumpster does not leave a message. The first yard to answer wins the job, and most of them are not answering.

"Where are all our cans right now?"

Containers vanish into driveways

A roll-off sitting forgotten on a site is inventory earning nothing. Most yards track theirs on a whiteboard, a group text and memory.

"Two swap calls just blew up today's route."

The schedule never survives the morning

Pickups happen when the customer says it is full, not when the calendar says so. Every surprise call means re-planning while more calls stack up.

What runs it

Built around drops, swaps and pulls.

Home for a yard

Today's drops, swaps and pulls. Containers out, longest first. Overdue rentals. Pickups waiting for a truck.

A job page with the container, rental days, haul rate, overage and the next action

The job

The order call, if you want it

Size, dates, address confirmed against the map, availability checked, drop booked. Off by default, on with one switch.

The workflow

From order to final pull.

How a rental runs through it

  • Order: by phone, text, portal or your office. The address is validated before anything is booked.
  • Drop: the delivery is a scheduled job for dispatch; the driver sees it in drive mode.
  • On site: the rental window counts down; going past it flags the job and prices the overage from your catalog.
  • Swap, pull or final: each is a ticket on the job. The customer can request it from the portal or by text.
  • Paid: payment links, invoices and rental terms come from your price list, with a dollar cap on every agent action.

Common questions

Answered plainly.

Can the AI agent take dumpster orders by phone?

Yes, when you turn it on. It confirms the size, the dates and the delivery address, checks availability and books the drop. Roll-off yards start with the customer agent off, and one switch turns it on.

How are rental days and overage billed?

Each job carries its haul rate, rental window and overage per day from your price list. When a rental runs past its window the job is flagged, and the overage is quoted from the catalog, never invented.

Does it track where my containers are?

Every job shows the container, the site address and how many days it has been out. The Home page lists containers out, longest first, and overdue rentals.

Do swaps and pulls become work for the driver?

Yes. A swap, an empty-and-return, a final pickup or a move is a ticket on the job, so dispatch, the driver and the customer see it the way they see everything else.
